Product status
SYNVOX is an alpha product under active development. Errors, temporary unavailability of individual functions, and changes to the interface, data formats, and feature set are possible.
AI results
Responses and actions of connected AI services can contain errors. Before applying them, the user must check important results, file changes, commands, and decisions. SYNVOX does not replace professional legal, medical, financial, or other advice.
Updates
Updates may fix errors, change behavior, or end support for experimental functions. Material changes to terms and data processing are communicated in the program before they take effect.
User rights
Alpha status does not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights established by Russian law.

1. General provisions
This document is the Seller’s offer to grant a right to use SYNVOX and related digital services on the terms below. Before payment, the user reviews the offer, separately confirms its acceptance and the alpha notice. Ordering and payment become available only after sales launch. This English text is an informational translation. The Russian original prevails, except where mandatory consumer rights require otherwise.
2. Subject matter
The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SYNVOX functions within the selected plan. A subscription pays for the application, updates, and plan support; third-party AI-provider accounts, access, and limits are not included.
3. Alpha status
Before payment, the user is informed that the product is developing and can change. This does not release the Seller from the duty to provide paid functionality and does not limit legal claims for defects.
4. Trial period
The trial is 3 calendar days from activation. A bank card is not required and there is no automatic charge after the trial. Access start and end dates are displayed in the application.
5. Price and payment
The RUB plan is 99 RUB for 30 days. The international plan is EUR 1.30 for 30 days; if USD payment is offered, the equivalent and final invoice total are shown before confirmation. Telegram Stars are shown as a whole number before purchase; their purchase cost can differ from the EUR 1.30 reference. Payment is selected in the application: YooKassa or Telegram Stars as each method becomes connected. Available currencies and methods depend on the payment operator. Mandatory payments to the Seller are included in the shown price; bank fees or conversion are shown by the payment operator. Renewal requires a separate user-initiated payment. There are no automatic charges. A receipt is provided as required for a professional-income-tax payer.
6. Renewal and termination
To end a subscription, do not pay for the next period. Paid access remains until it ends unless a refund or mandatory law requires otherwise. Ending a subscription does not delete local projects or chats; viewing, export, and deletion remain available.
7. Liability
The Seller is not responsible for operation, limits, blocks, or changes of third-party AI providers, the internet, or user equipment. Liability limits apply only to the extent permitted by consumer-protection law.

9. Providing access
The product is supplied electronically; there is no physical delivery or separate delivery charge. The user downloads the application from synvox.pro, activates access, and selects payment in Subscription. After successful payment confirmation, access activates automatically; the maximum time to provide paid access is 24 hours. If access does not appear, contact support with the order number. If a subscription is active, a newly paid period is added after it ends.
10. Requirements for use
A compatible computer, internet connection, and the user’s own accounts with selected AI providers are required. Supported platforms and available builds are listed in Downloads. The subscription pays for the SYNVOX client, not third-party AI accounts, plans, or limits.
11. Withdrawal and refunds
Notices of withdrawal, defects, and refunds are accepted at stas.sor@gmail.com; Telegram: @Staks_sor. The “Subscription cancellation and refunds” section on this page applies. Mandatory consumer rights remain, including for unavailable access or erroneous and duplicate charges.
03Personal-data processing policyWhat data SYNVOX receives, why it is needed, where it is kept, and how it can be deleted.

2. Principles
Only data needed for stated specific purposes are processed. The data set, method, and retention period must not be excessive. Consent to personal-data processing is obtained separately from the offer and other documents.
3. Local data
Chats, project content, file paths, project memory, cookies, and third-party AI-provider tokens remain on the user’s device by default and are not sent to the SYNVOX cloud. Requests go directly to the AI provider selected by the user under that account and provider rules.
4. Server data
When subscriptions are used, account or access-key identifiers, access status and term, accepted-document version, consent time, payment identifiers and amounts, receipt and enquiry email, and necessary Telegram and payment identifiers for Telegram Stars may be processed. Full bank details, passwords, and card confirmation codes are received by the payment operator, not SYNVOX. The exact data set is displayed at registration and payment; no server collection occurs before those functions launch.
5. Purposes and legal grounds
Data are used for registration and contract performance, trial and subscription, licensing, abuse prevention, mandatory notices, legal compliance, and responding to enquiries. Where consent is required, it is requested through a separate action and may be withdrawn.
6. Storage and localization
When collecting personal data of Russian citizens, initial recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, correction, and retrieval use databases in Russia, except for express statutory exceptions. Retention is limited by processing purposes and mandatory periods for accounting, tax, and other documents.
7. Transfers
Data may be transferred to YooKassa or Telegram as needed for the selected payment, to hosting providers, or authorised authorities on a lawful basis. The controller meets applicable requirements before cross-border transfer.
8. User rights
The user may receive processing information, request correction, blocking, or deletion of data, withdraw consent, and challenge controller actions. After a lawful request, processing stops and data are deleted within statutory periods except data the controller must retain independently of consent.
9. Security
The controller restricts data access, uses protected connections for transfer, and stores only necessary information. SYNVOX does not retain card payment details. Server functions are launched with necessary protection measures.

Separate action
Consent is not included in the offer. At registration, the user separately confirms the specific purposes, data list, processing actions, term, and withdrawal method. Optional analytics, advertising, and data disclosure require independent, unticked consents.
Required data
An account and subscription may require email, an internal ID, plan-status data, and technical installation information. Refusing data required for the contract can make registration or subscription impossible, but does not limit functions that do not need it.
Withdrawal
Consent may be withdrawn through Documents and data or by contacting stas.sor@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing before it is received and does not stop processing allowed by law or necessary to perform an active contract.

Ending renewal
There are no automatic charges. To avoid renewal, do not pay for the next period. For early withdrawal, send a notice to the Seller.
Withdrawal from services
A consumer may withdraw from a service contract at any time. Refund calculation follows applicable law; documented actual expenses directly related to performance of this contract may be deducted. No withdrawal penalty is charged.
When a refund is not due
The price of a fully expired period during which access was properly provided is not refunded unless the law provides otherwise. Non-use at the user’s choice alone does not mean the service was defective. This does not apply to erroneous or duplicate charges, unavailable paid access, or other mandatory-refund cases.
How to request it
Email stas.sor@gmail.com with subject “SYNVOX — refund”, order or payment number, date and amount, account identifier, and your request. Do not send card number, CVV, passwords, or confirmation codes. An initial response is provided within 3 business days; the request is considered and performed within statutory periods. Refunds use the original payment channel; posting time depends on the payment operator. Telegram Stars refunds are made in Stars, not to a bank card.
Chargeback
Before contacting a bank, it is recommended to contact the Seller so an error can be corrected or a refund completed sooner. This does not limit the user’s right to contact a bank, the consumer authority, or a court.
06Account and data deletionDelete data and withdraw consent by contacting the controller.

Request
Send an account-deletion request, processing-stop request, or consent withdrawal to stas.sor@gmail.com with subject “SYNVOX — data deletion”. Include the account identifier, but not an access secret. The controller verifies account ownership and reports the process and result. Self-service server functions will be available after launch.
What may remain
Payment, receipt, tax, complaint, and security logs may be retained in the minimum amount for mandatory periods. They are blocked from ordinary use and used only for statutory purposes.
Local data
Deleting a server account cannot automatically delete files on offline devices. Local chats, memory, and provider sessions must be deleted separately on each device. Data in ChatGPT, Qwen, DeepSeek, Google AI, and GLM are deleted in the relevant services.
Confirmation
To protect against someone else’s request, account ownership confirmation may be required. The request and deletion are handled within statutory periods, taking mandatory payment-record retention into account.
